I’m a Raleigh native and a second-generation Realtor who’s spent my entire life inside the Beltline. I grew up in Five Points, Budleigh, Coley Forest, and University Park, went to Lacy, Martin, and Broughton, and graduated from NC State in 2012. Raleigh isn’t just where I work—it’s what I know.

Real estate has always been part of my life. My dad’s been a Realtor since the early ’80s, so I grew up around renovations, new construction, investment properties, and a lot of moving trucks (seven moves by the time I was 18—all local). I went full-time as a broker in 2012 directly out of NCSU and have been helping clients buy, sell, and invest here ever since.

My wife, Stuart, and I live in University Park with our two daughters, Mary Hazel and Frances. We recently said goodbye to our longtime black lab, Driver, and now have a 7-month-old golden retriever named Branch who’s very much running the house.

Outside of work, I surf when I can (competence varies), stay active, and spend most of my time with family. Professionally, my focus is simple: clear advice, strong representation, and deep local context—especially when the market gets noisy.
